The ModGarage Promotion (“Promotion”) is available for a limited time at participating ModWash locations in the state of Tennessee only.

Eligible customers may add up to three (3) additional vehicles to a qualifying ModMax or ModWash membership for a promotional rate of $25 per month, per additional vehicle.

Eligibility

• Available to both new and existing ModWash members.
• The primary membership must be enrolled in a qualifying ModMax or ModWash membership.
• Each additional vehicle must also be enrolled in a qualifying ModMax or ModWash membership.
• Additional vehicles must be added during the promotional period to qualify for promotional pricing.
• Customers may add one (1), two (2), or three (3) additional vehicles, up to a maximum of three (3) promotional add-on memberships per qualifying primary membership.
• Offer valid only at participating ModWash locations.
• Offer is available only at participating ModWash locations in the state of Tennessee.
• In-store enrollment is required.

Billing

• All memberships associated with this Promotion must be billed to the same credit card.
• Standard membership terms, billing policies, and cancellation policies continue to apply.

Promotional Pricing

• Promotional pricing remains in effect through one (1) year after the promotional period ends.
• Additional vehicles added after the promotional period has ended are not eligible for promotional pricing.
• Upon expiration of the promotional pricing period, each additional membership will automatically renew at the then-current monthly membership rate unless canceled in accordance with the ModWash Membership Agreement.

Additional Terms

• Plus applicable taxes where required by law.
• Offer has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Offer is non-transferable.
• Offer is valid only during the advertised promotional period.
• Offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated by ModWash.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• ModWash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
